After the first run on the new jerky smoker last month, it was obvious that the original intent and design was not going to product the product that you and I expect. With some more cutting and weldin - I have added some fans, a heating element and a control panel with timer and temperature control. Initial tests show that the modifications are going to work out very well. A case of meat has been prepped and will be loaded on the smoker tonight. I confidently expect a worthy product to begin shipping this week. Thank you again for all of your patience during this transition period!
First a little background here. I am a single father of two teenaged girls that are both in sports and band/orchestra/choir etc. I also work a full time job, usually 6 days a week. In the last couple of years I have opened a store front that is open nights and weekends offering home brewing and BBQ supplies and equipment - all while continuing to manufacture beef jerky on a nearly daily basis. Within the store, I have also been constructing a commercial style kitchen for manufacturing the jerky and BBQ catering prep.

You have never tasted anything like it, try it - we guarantee you'll love it! Not every manufacturer comes out ala Dominos Pizza and shouts to the world that they don't suck anymore. The way I see it, a product is never in a "final" stage. There is always room for improvement, just ask Coca Cola. Oh wait, that was a failure. Well, not every improvement gets a positive response either. So the Original Coke recipe made a come-back but new Coke products are constantly sent to market.
