Wet hops are a once a year treat that provides a unique, strong hop aroma and flavor not typically found in the standard dried hops (let alone what is left after pelletizing). Our My Hood fresh hops will are only available immediately after harvest in late summer, making them a special, once a year flavor-filled opportunity. Due to the nature of fresh/wet hops local pick-up is prefered. Shipped orders are recomnmend overnight or second day service for the best possible freshness.
