The Rattlesnake Round-Up Cook-off held by the Sweetwater Jaycee's

Despite the rain, snow and mud, we pulled out a 4th place brisket out of around 100 teams. There is not an offcial reults page posted by the Sweetwater Jaycees, but the cook-off page is available.

Out of 6 events we cooked in 2007 we placed in in the top ten at least one time in each event. These include two 2nd place, one 3rd place, two, 4th place, one 5th place, two 7th place, one 9th plcae and one 10th place.

10 teams endured the tornadoes and thunderstorms to cook some barbebcue.
Little Brats BBQ (my daughter) won third place in chicken with her entry at this one.
