So you have been brewing with extracts, feeling confident in your skills and ready to move up brewing ladder. Sograte Brew School has just the class for you! Our BIAB (brew in a bag) / Partial Mash brewing class will teach you the basics of mashing with base malts to convert them to fermentable starches with a minimal increase of brewing time and equipment. Previous experience with extract brewing is highly recommended!
This class will demonstrate a single infusion all-grain batch using the BIAB (brew In a Bag) method and cover topics relevant to all-grain and partial mash brewing. We will brew a batch of beer so you can visually see the process from beginning to end. Questions and participation encouraged.
