Sograte BBQ On-Site Catering Terms and Information
- A deposit of $150.00 must be made to secure all Sograte BBQ Catering dates. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the final bill.
- A deposit of 50% must be made two weeks prior to all Sograte BBQ catering events. Payment in full is due the day of the event, prior to the meal being served
- Our prices do not include sales tax, or gratuity.
- Menu selections and a firm guarantee of number of meals ordered are due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to event.
- Sograte on-site BBQ catering is priced as a buffet style service where plates, drinks and table clean-up is self-service. All pricing for buffet style on-site BBQ catering with a minimum of 50 servings.
- Special children's meal (hot dog with 2 side dishes for children under 12 years of age) $4.95 / child. Children under 3 years of age - no charge.
- Deliveries more than 20 miles from our location will include a $1.00 per mile charge unless other arrangements have been made.
- We guarantee your guest count will be served. We supply on additional 10% for unexpected guests. If you know that your guests are heavy consumers, we suggest that more meals are ordered! You will be charged for 10% overage if used.
- Due to health and safety concerns, left overs will not be left with client.
- Our standard buffet serving time is 1¼ hours unless prior arrangements. have been made.
- All catering events are "Rain or Shine" affairs it's the customer's responsibility to provide suitable shelter for event in the event of inclement weather.
- Prices subject to change without notice unless price has been agreed in writing and deposit has been received.
Please contact us with a time and date, location, menu selection and number of plates and we will send you a contract. Upon the return of your contract with the 50% deposit, we will schedule your event.
