Spicy Maple Glaze

This sweet and spicy glaze i super easy to make and works beautifuly on light meats like pork and poultry.

1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tsp Sriracha hot sauce

In a small sauce pan, add the syrup, sugar, butter and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer, whisking briskly until sugar is disolved. Remove from heat.

Using a brush, apply a light glazeĀ  about 10 minutes before removing from the grill.
